We sell custom and non-custom apparel and accessories. Colors and product appearance may vary due to screen settings.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing time: 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or inventory issues.

Custom Products

Custom/personalized products go into production immediately.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

Return rules are defined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, and branding are the property of ARCHIE PET CO. and cannot be copied, reused, or commercially reproduced.

Limitation of Liability

ARCHIE PET CO. is not liable for:

  • carrier delays, lost packages, shipping errors

  • customer mistakes when submitting personalization or ordering details

  • indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Fraud Prevention

Orders flagged as high-risk may require additional verification or may be cancelled.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued site use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Processing Time

Processing time: 2–7 business days depending on product type and order volume.
Custom products may require additional time.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • selected shipping method

Free shipping is available for orders $95+ within the U.S.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (U.S.)
International delivery varies by country.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure or additional fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ARCHIE PET CO. is no longer responsible.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

International Orders

International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes.
Customers are responsible for all additional fees.
