Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed

  • In original condition

  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products with custom prints, names, illustrations, or design modifications requested by the customer

  • Sale or discounted items


3. Personalized Products

Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product, design, size, or personalization delivered due to our error

  • Damage during production

If a personalized item meets one of the above conditions, the customer must provide photographic evidence within 7 daysof delivery.
Approved cases will be replaced or refunded.

Customer error in personalization details (misspellings, incorrect size selection, incorrect uploaded design, etc.) does notqualify for return or refund.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Required evidence:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photo of packaging and shipping label

Once verified, the item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when:

  • The item is defective

  • The incorrect item was sent

  • The issue was caused by our production or fulfillment error

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing times:

  • Inspection: 3–5 business days after return is received

  • Refund: 5–10 business days after approval

Returns that fail inspection will not be refunded.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Standard (non-personalized) orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
