Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Standard processing time is 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom/personalized products begin production immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified after the order is placed.
Product Information
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and images.
Color variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
ARCHIE PET CO. is not responsible for minor variations that do not affect product function.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
The price shown at checkout is the final price charged.
Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders may be declined or cancelled due to suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or incorrect customer information.
Shipping
Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incomplete/incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided once the order ships.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ARCHIE PET CO. is no longer responsible.
Issues related to lost or stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier.
We do not offer refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and refund eligibility is defined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
Custom items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once submitted.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming all personalization details, sizes, colors, and shipping information before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for customer errors.
